South Bend Central Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 2011 and set a public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2011 for 10:00 a.m., <br />November 7, 2003 at a Regular Meeting of <br />the Redevelopment Commission. <br />(4) Commission authorization requested to <br />use the Commission owned parking lot <br />located at 217 South Main Street in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area <br />from December 4 through December 24, <br />2003. (Center For The Homeless, <br />AIPN 15th Anniversary Celebration) <br />Mr. Hunt inquired as to what day of the <br />week December 4"' was. <br />Mr. Kahn advised the Commission that <br />December 4, 2003 was a Thursday. <br />Mr. Hunt commented that Thursday, <br />December 4' would be only one day ahead <br />of the Mayor's lighting of the city Christmas <br />tree and official opening of the holiday <br />season. <br />Mr. Mathia explained that the Center For <br />The Homeless wanted to avoid any conflict <br />with the Mayor's holiday activities; <br />therefore, scheduling their celebration one <br />day prior. <br />6 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED FOR FILING RESOLUTION <br />No. 2011 AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 FOR 10:00 A.M., <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2003 AT A REGULAR MEETING OF <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION. <br />c <br />
