APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />FUND 427 SAMPLE/EWING- CAPITAL FUND <br />Weaver Boos Consultants, LLC <br />DLZ Indiana, LLC <br />619 BLACKTHORN <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. <br />Mr. Hunt inquired about the claim for Meridian <br />Title Corp. in the amount of $120,812. <br />Mr. Rock responded the claim was related to the <br />October 6, 2003 closing on the Blessings Music <br />acquisition. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />October 17, 2003, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4.
