Public Hearings <br />(7) continued... <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2011 and asked if there was <br />anyone from the public who wished to <br />speak. There being no one from the public <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 2011, Mr. Hunt closed the Public <br />Hearing for whatever action the Commission <br />wished to take. <br />(8) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2011. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2011 <br />approving a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (South Bend <br />Central Development Area) <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the South <br />Bend Home Improvement Loan Program <br />for property located at 535 Riverside <br />Drive. (Maria M. Hegedus) <br />Mr. Inks advised that the loan is in the <br />amount of $6,950 and the grant is in the <br />amount of $6,814.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Loan Program for property <br />located at 535 Riverside Drive.
