Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Mr. Case reported that to facilitate the <br />acquisition of property at 2502 Lawton <br />Street, staff needs to obtain surveying <br />services for the property. Staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$3,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE AIRPORT <br />Commission approved the request for <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA AND <br />professional services in the Airport <br />AUTHORIZED STAFF TO RETAIN THE <br />ABONMARCHE GROUP BASED ON THE SCOPE OF <br />Economic Development Area and <br />SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED. Staff recommends accepting <br />the proposals from the following companies: <br />Mr. Bob Huddlestone $1,200 <br />Mr. Bernie Diedrich $1,200 <br />G9 <br />
