South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting— November 17, 2003 <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearings <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2013 <br />amending the South Side Development <br />Area Development Plan. <br />Mr. Rock noted that the Public Hearing file <br />was complete and requested the following <br />items be entered into the record: (1) Copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing; (2) Copy of <br />Resolution No. 2013; (3) Affidavits from the <br />Tri County News and South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in those newspapers on <br />November 7, 2003; (4) Statement from staff <br />that affected property owners and registered <br />neighborhood associations were notified; <br />and (5) As of 10:00 a.m. this morning, no <br />written remonstrances were received. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 2013 will amend the South Side <br />Development Area Development Plan to <br />include one (1) property, located at 505 East <br />Ireland Road, to the acquisition list. The <br />property is a single family structure located <br />on the northeast corner of Ireland Road and <br />Fellows Street. The parcel is necessary to <br />facilitate streetscape and corridor <br />improvements within the Erskine Hills <br />shopping district which is located in the <br />South Side Development Area. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
