Gibney <br />Executive Director <br />City of South Bend <br />Community and Economic Development <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 1200S <br />South Bend, IN 46601-1830 <br />RE: CENTURY CENTER ISLAND PARK PAVILION <br />REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />Dear Jeff: <br />Our proposal dated June 18, 2010 and approved by the Redevelopment Commission on July 9, 2010, <br />outlined our Scope of Services for the Island Park Pavilion Project. <br />Subsequent to the Commission's approval, ADG, Inc. has been asked to expand the scope of our services <br />to include the design of the following: <br />1. Removable "wind screens" to be located at the corners of the new proposed permanent Pavilion <br />to be used as needed during various events to block prevailing breezes across the island. <br />2. Combination surface and sub -grade storm water collection and drainage system to be located <br />along the southern section of the perimeter east walls. <br />We respectfully request that an additional fee of five thousand five hundred dollars ($5,500) be authorized <br />for compensation to cover the additional services and all reimbursable expenses, and be added to our <br />previously approved Fee Proposal. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />ARCHITECTURE DESIGN GROUP, INC. <br />W11 It* �--, bd�' <br />William R.
