Geri Hathaway <br />06 July 2011 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />If BSA LifeStructures were to be hired by Data Realty for full architectural design, the fee for this <br />project could be reduced to SV,,5M due to reduced coordination on the project. <br />The schedule for the project we understand is fairly aggressive and we will work with Data <br />Realty's architects and engineers to make the fagade addition as painless as possible while <br />keeping the overall project on schedule. <br />If the above - referenced fee is acceptable for the work outlined, BSA LifeStructures will require an <br />executed short form letter agreement which will be sent after all parties agree to the scope and <br />fee.
