South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —July 12, 2011 <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, June 28, 2011. <br />Mr. Varner noted that at the June 28 meeting he <br />had pointed out that a $755,648.42 claim from <br />Larson - Danielson Const. Co., Inc, listed under the <br />430 Fund South Side Development TIF Area #l,for <br />Coveleski Stadium renovations appeared to be <br />listed under the wrong funding source. The <br />correction has been made in the Claims List in the <br />Minutes of the meeting, putting the claim under the <br />438 Fund Coveleski Bond. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. <br />Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, June 28, 2011. <br />3.
