South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting— January 2, 2004 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS (CONT.) <br />Redevelopment Commission. The nomination <br />was seconded by Mr. Faccenda. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Robert W. Hunt was elected <br />President for 2004. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Hunt nominated Ms. Marcia Jones to serve <br />as Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The nomination <br />was seconded by Mr. Blake. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being unanimous, <br />Ms. Jones was elected Vice - President for 2004. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Kahn nominated Mr. Philip Faccenda to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The nomination <br />was seconded by Mr. Blake. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Faccenda was elected Secretary <br />for 2004. <br />Mr. Hunt assumed the chair. <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2027 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />2004 AND APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. <br />Mr. Rock noted that Resolution No. 2027 sets <br />the maximum salaries for the Redevelopment <br />staff for the year 2004 and appoints the <br />redevelopment staff. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 2027 <br />setting maximum salaries for 2004 and <br />appointment of staff. <br />-2- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 2027 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR 2004 AND <br />APPOINTMENT OF STAFF <br />
