Development and adoption of the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area Development <br />Plan. <br />Other <br />Paid off two bonds in the SBCDA and two bonds in I <br />the AEDA. Issued one new $20,000,000 in the <br />SBCDA and one new $14,000,000 in the AEDA. <br />This will be the first time we use the Indiana Bond <br />Bank to sell Redevelopment bonds, and the sale <br />should take place on 12/30/03. <br />-11- <br />
