Housing <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Rock reported that the Agreement <br />subordinates the City's interest in a <br />mortgage in the original amount of $6,950 <br />executed by Maria M. Hegedus on <br />November 26, 2003. The property is located <br />at 535 Riverside Drive and is described as <br />Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) of Hammond <br />and Whitcomb's Addition to the City of <br />South Bend. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a Subordination <br />Agreement between the City of South Bend <br />on behalf of its Bureau of Housing and <br />Maria M. Hegedus. (535 Riverside Drive) <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Assignment of Environmental Indemnity <br />for property located in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Press <br />Ganey) <br />Ms. Greene advised that the Assignment is <br />related to the Commission's obligations <br />under development agreements executed <br />between the Commission, Press Ganey, and <br />Crowe, Chizek and Company concerning <br />redevelopment of the property known as the <br />River Glen Office Campus. It was originally <br />owned by Crowe Chizek, and as part of the <br />redevelopment project, was transferred to <br />Press Ganey.
