South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting February 6, 2004 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />February 6, 2004, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Hunt requested that Item 6.B. (1) be moved to <br />the beginning of the agenda. There were no <br />objections and Item 6.B.(1) was moved. <br />B. Tax Abatements <br />Mr. Rock noted that Resolution No. 2044 <br />contained a scrivener's error related to the <br />company address. The correct address of Value <br />Productions, Inc. is 2629 Foundation Drive. A <br />substitute Resolution No. 2044 has been prepared <br />for approval by the Commission. <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2044 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at <br />2629 Foundation Drive in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Value <br />Production, Inc.) <br />Mr. O'Brien reported that Value <br />Production, Inc. manufactures tooling <br />for use in the aerospace, automotive, <br />G <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />FEBRUARY 6, 2004, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS <br />TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />ITEM 6.B.(1) WAS MOVED. <br />
