Public Hearings <br />(7) continued... <br />Mr. Rock advised that the Public <br />Hearing file is complete and requested <br />the following items be entered into the <br />record: (1) Copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing; (2) Affidavits from the Tri <br />County News and South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in those newspapers on <br />January 23, 2004; (3) Copy of <br />Resolution No. 2037 determining to pay <br />expenses and setting a public hearing; <br />and (4) a Copy of the Supplemental <br />Appropriation Resolution. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2038 and asked if there <br />was anyone from the public who wished <br />to speak. There being no one from the <br />public who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 2038, Mr. Hunt closed <br />the Public Hearing for whatever action <br />the Commission wished to take. <br />(8) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2038. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 2038, a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />(Downtown Medical Services District) <br />C, 10 <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 2038, A <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION.
