APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Ms. Jones inquired about the claims for Walker <br />Parking Consultants and Kaser - Spraker <br />Construction, Inc. in the amounts of $106,908.55 <br />and $126,363.60, respectively. <br />Mr. Mathia advised that both claims, totaling <br />$233,272.15, are related to the Main and Colfax <br />garage renovation project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the MARCH 19, 2004, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted BE RELEASED. <br />March 19, 2004, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />4. Tax Abatements <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2046 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at <br />3310 William Richardson Court in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(TriNet Essential Facilities X, Inc. for the <br />benefit of Cequent Towing Products, Inc.) <br />Mr. Beitzinger advised that a substitute <br />report was prepared for presentation to the <br />Commission related to Resolution No. 2046. <br />G <br />
