Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />There was no business in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />%W1 the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Parcels 9B &13B, U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park) <br />Ms. Hughes reported that Mr. Dennis <br />Bamber, of Woodwinds and Brasswinds, has <br />submitted an offer to the Commission to <br />purchase two (2) adjacent parcels on <br />Ameritech Drive in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park, along with a $56,000 performance <br />guarantee. Mr. Bamber intends to construct <br />a 210,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office <br />facility with truck dock and staging area. <br />The builder has submitted a preliminary site <br />plan and elevations for staff review. <br />Staff requests Commission approval to <br />move forward in preparing a Contract For <br />Sale of Land. The offer is for 16+ acres at <br />$35,000 per acre. The parcels are 9B and <br />IL13B, north and south adjacent. <br />10 <br />DECEMBER 20, 2002 AND AUTHORIZED ITS LEGAL <br />COUNSEL TO COMPLETE AND EXECUTE THE <br />REQUIRED TRANSFER DOCUMENTS. <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
