If the City can receive a better price <br />for title services, it may be advantageous to <br />work with Troyer on reducing the cost of the <br />proposed title research. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for real <br />estate acquisition services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area and <br />authorized staff to retain The Troyer Group <br />based on the scope of services and fee <br />proposed subject to investigation of the title <br />research fees.
