Airport Economic Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Staff recommends accepting the proposal <br />from J. W. Turf, Inc. in the amount of <br />$9,302. <br />Ms. Jones asked if applicable taxes and <br />delivery fees were included in the proposals. <br />Mr. Rock replied that the quotes did not <br />separately itemize taxes and delivery, and it <br />appeared any such additional charges were <br />included in the pricing. <br />Mr. Hunt instructed staff to verify that the <br />proposals submitted are accurate in respect <br />to total pricing. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />J. W. Turf, Inc. to provide maintenance <br />equipment in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area subject to confirmation <br />that the proposal submitted is the lowest bid. <br />(Blackthorn Golf Course) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for well <br />maintenance at the Blackthorn Golf <br />Course. (Chemical cleaning) <br />Mr. Rock reported that a memo was <br />received from Mr. John Quickstad of <br />Blackthorn Golf Course regarding the <br />chemical cleaning of the irrigation pond <br />well.
