Tax Abatements <br />(2) continued... <br />Estimated cost of <br />9 -yr abatement 837,228 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2051 <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property located at <br />5053 Ameritech Drive in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. ( Bamber, <br />LLC for the benefit of Dennis Bamber, Inc. <br />d/b /a The Woodwind and The Brasswind) <br />Mr. Philip Faccenda, Sr. abstained from the <br />vote. <br />Ms. Greene noted for the record that <br />although Mr. Philip Faccenda, Sr. abstained <br />from voting on Items 6.A.(2) and 6.E.(6) due <br />to Mr. Philip Faccenda, Jr. representing the <br />firm of Barnes & Thornburg, legal counsel <br />sees no actual conflict of interest with the <br />Commission. <br />Commissioner Matt Kahn left the meeting at 10:31 a.m. <br />B.
