Commission approval of the <br />purchase requires a finding by the <br />Commission that the price is reasonable and <br />acquisition is necessary to further the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the purchase of <br />property within the Blackthorn Corporate <br />Office Park in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (property south of <br />Fiserv) <br />D. South Bend Medical Services District <br />There was no business in the South Bend <br />Medical Services District. <br />E.
