Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested to <br />transfer property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area to Moreau <br />Court Investments, LLC. <br />(Lot 3, Blackthorn Corporate Office <br />Park) <br />Mr. Rock reported that currently the <br />Redevelopment Commission owns <br />approximately two (2) acres of property <br />south of the former Trinity Health building <br />in the Blackthorn Corporate Office Park. <br />Staff is requesting that the property be <br />transferred to Moreau Court Investments, <br />LLC to accommodate the expanded parking <br />requirements of Fiserv, the current occupant <br />of the building. Fisery is a vital economic <br />development project for the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Office Park. The transfer of the <br />property will result in keeping <br />approximately 200 jobs in the community, <br />and will also put the building back on the <br />tax rolls generating an estimated $200,000 to <br />$250,000 annually. <br />Mr. Rock noted that the Commission is not <br />setting a precedent for future transactions by <br />transferring the acreage to accommodate the <br />parking needs of Fiserv. Staff requests that <br />Moreau Court Investments, LLC be given <br />L9 <br />
