South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —June 4, 2004 IL 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) B. South Bend Central Development Area (1) continued... Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2060 approving and authorizing the execution of an Agency Agreement by and between the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Public Works relating to the Studebaker National Museum relocation project. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2061 a joint resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and City of Ic South Bend Board of Public Works ratifying, confirming and approving certain actions previously taken related to the Studebaker National Museum relocation project in the South Bend Central Development Area. C. Sample -Ewing Development Area (1) Commission approval requested for property study of the East Sample Street Development site located between Fellows Street and Carroll Street in the Sample - Ewing Development Area. (Habitat for Humanity) Mr. Schalliol reported that Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County is interested in submitting a proposal for the acquisition of the East Sample Street Development site. COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2061 A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND CITY OF SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND APPROVING CERTAIN ACTIONS PREVIOUSLY TAKEN RELATED TO THE STUDEBAKER NATIONAL MUSEUM RELOCATION PROJECT IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
