APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Ms. Jones asked about the Meridian Title <br />Corporation claim in the amount of $369,850. <br />Mr. Rock reported that the Meridian Title <br />Corporation claim is related to the Hoosier Tank <br />closing and Bendix re- route. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted June 4, <br />2004, and ordered the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Tax Abatements <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2058 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at <br />925 North Notre Dame Avenue in the <br />Northeast Neighborhood Development <br />Area. (John J. Whelan III and Molly <br />O'Neill Whelan) <br />Mr. O'Brien reported that the petitioner <br />proposes to develop a new single family <br />home at 925 North Notre Dame Avenue. <br />The home will be built by Dave Snyder <br />Custom Homes. The home will be <br />2,400 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two <br />G3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THECLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />JUNE 4, 2004, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE <br />RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS. <br />
