Redevelopment Commission Meeting <br />Regular Meeting — September 17, 2004 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted September 17, 2004, and ordered <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Ms. Jones asked that Item 6.K.(1) be moved to the top <br />of New Business. There was no objection and the item <br />was so moved. <br />C, K. Other <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2095 commending <br />Matthew M. Kahn for exemplary service <br />to the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Ms. Jones read Resolution No. 2095 into the <br />record. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2095 <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING <br />MATTHEW M. KAHN FOR EXEMPLARY <br />SERVICE TO THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, many people express concern <br />about urban problems and their impact upon <br />the community; and <br />C, <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED SEPTEMBER 17, 2004, AND ORDERED <br />THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
