Mr. Inks responded that <br />that claim is for the Bendix Drive relocation. <br />Mr. Hunt also asked about the Reith Riley claim for <br />90,854.64. Mr. Inks responded that that claim is for the <br />construction of Trans Tech Industrial Drive. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. King and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted October 8, 2004, and ordered checks <br />to be released <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />A. Communication from Philip J. Faccenda, Jr. <br />regarding Bamber LLC financing in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Barnes & Thornburg has <br />notified the Commission that Bamber LLC's <br />financing will be with Fifth Third Bank. Bamber's <br />Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development <br />dated April 16, 2004 requires that they notify the <br />Commission about their financing.
