Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />proposals for landscaping at Blackthorn Golf <br />Course in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area and accepted the proposal <br />from Dave Talboom Lawncare, Inc.for the <br />scope of services and fee proposed. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2104 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (23885 Brick Road) <br />Mr. Williams noted that Resolution No. 2104 <br />sets the offering price for 23885 Brick Road <br />at $145,000, based on the average of two <br />IL independent appraisals.
