Public Hearing <br />(3) continued... <br />Ms. Jones opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak for or <br />against Resolution No. 2106. There was <br />no one who wished to speak. Ms. Jones <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2106. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 2106 amending the Airport <br />Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan.. <br />B. Tax Abatements <br />C. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />South Bend Home Improvement <br />Program for property located at 1005 <br />W. Ewing Avenue. (Irene Kuzbay) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount of the <br />loan is $3,850. The grant is $7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Program for <br />property located at 1005 W. Ewing <br />Avenue.
