Public Hearing <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2105. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />2105 EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT <br />Resolution No. 2105 expanding the <br />AREA, EXPANDING THE ALLOCATION AREA <br />FOR PURPOSES OF TAX INCREMENT <br />boundaries of the South Bend Central <br />FINANCING AND AMENDING THE <br />Development Area, expanding the <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH BEND <br />Allocation Area for Purposes of Tax <br />CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />Increment Financing and Amending the <br />Development Plan for the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />(3) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2106 <br />amending the Airport Economic <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />Mr. Schalliol explained that Resolution <br />No. 2106 amends the Airport Economic <br />Development Area Development Plan by <br />adding 1743 Commerce Drive to the <br />acquisition list. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Public Hearing <br />file contains the following items: (1) A <br />copy of the Notice of Hearing; (2.) A <br />copy of Resolution No. 2106; (3) An <br />affidavit from Carol Smith, Advertising <br />Director of the South Bend Tribune, that <br />the Notice of Hearing was published in <br />that newspaper on October 22, 2004; <br />(4) An affidavit from Richard Andrysiak, <br />Classified Manager of the Tri- County <br />News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on October <br />22, 2004; (5) A statement from Bill <br />Schalliol that affected property owners <br />7 <br />
