Since <br />the Commission would have opened any <br />written offers, had they been received on <br />October 8, it cannot actually consummate the <br />transaction until 10:00 a.m., November 8. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />KSK Scottsdale Mall LLC for Miami St. <br />' Parcel 1, providing that no other bids are <br />received before 10:00 a.m., November 8, <br />2004. <br />J. Other <br />(1) Staff report on acquisition of property. <br />(23885 Brick Road) <br />Mr. Williams noted that Resolution No. 2104 <br />set the offering price for 23885 Brick Road at <br />$145,000. Gary and Nancy Beall have <br />submitted a counter offer of $147,000. That <br />amount is consistent with the higher of the <br />two appraisals of the property. Staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />(Should it be mentioned that this property is <br />not yet in the City, AEDA yet?
