South Bend Redevelopment Commission 0 tegular Meeting — November 5, 2004 Commission approved the counter offer of $50,500 from Federal National Mortgage Assoc. and Donald L. Alexander Jr. for 2610 W. Kenwood St., E & adj 2611 Linden St. and 2611 Linden St. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the counter offer of $40,500 from Earl & Louisa Fuller for 2606 W. Kenwood St.. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the counter offer of $52,040 from Jack & Sandra Kendall for 2618, 2620 and 2626 Linden St. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the counter offer of $21,500 from Willie Frank & Wardean Allen for 2606 Linden. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the counter offer of $4,000 from Jack & Sandra Kendall for Lawton Lots 91 and 92. G. South Side Development Area (1) Filing of Resolution No. 2107 amending the South Side Development Area Development Plan. Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2107 adds one property to the acquisition list of 16 2610 W. KENWOOD ST., E & ADJ 2611 LINDEN ST. AND 2611 LINDEN ST.
