The appraisals <br />form the basis for the Commission's offering <br />price as established in Resolution No. 2064. <br />After tendering an offer based upon the <br />appraisals, the statute authorizes the <br />Commission to negotiate with the property <br />owner. and The Commission may, in fact, <br />pay more than the average of the two <br />appraisals if the Commission authorizes the <br />higher price at a Commission meeting, which <br />is what is being asked of the Commission at <br />this meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the counter offer of <br />$51,500 from Ina Inez Goss for 2609 W. <br />Kenwood St. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the counter offer of <br />$46,500 from RCT Enterprises, LLC for <br />2614 W.
