11A- <br />G <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting November 19, 2004 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />H. South Side Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2112 related to acquisition <br />of property in the South Side Development <br />Area by eminent domain. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2112 <br />sets the purchase price at $34,500 for <br />property located at 4309 S. Main Street. The <br />owners of the property are Mary Kravets, <br />Annabel] Harlan, and Helen Avery. The <br />subject parcel was added to the acquisition <br />list earlier in today's meeting. The property <br />has a vacant single family structure located <br />on the east side of the property. It is <br />necessary to acquire the property in order to <br />facilitate streetscape and corridor <br />improvements within the Erskine Hills <br />shopping district. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No. 2112 <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2112 SOUTH SIDE DEVELOPMENT AREA BY EMINENT <br />related to acquisition of property in the South DOMAIN. <br />Side Development Area by eminent domain. <br />I.
