South Bend Central Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />requirements included demolition of an <br />existing building on the property and <br />construction of a parking lot in its place. <br />Ganey Press has notified Staff that it has <br />competed all work on the property and has <br />requested that the Redevelopment <br />Commission return its security deposit and <br />issue a Certificate of Completion. <br />The Redevelopment Commission is <br />requested to approve the return of the <br />security deposit and sign the attached <br />Certificate of Completion. Staff has <br />inspected the property and confirmed that the <br />work was completed as required. Therefore, <br />Staff recommends that the security deposit be <br />returned and the Certificate of Completion be <br />signed. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for 401 E.
