Tax Abatements <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Urbanski explained that Garden Homes <br />received abatement on the remainder of the <br />homes they were building on West Calvert <br />about a year and a half ago. They neglected <br />to include these two, so they would like to <br />have these two approved at this time. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2177 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 3021 and <br />3025 West Calvert Street in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Garden Homes <br />by E.L., Inc.) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2178 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction <br />for property located at 115 South Hill <br />Street in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Ancatrice, LLC / <br />Omicron Biochemicals, Inc.) <br />Mr. Schaffer reported that Ancatrice, LLC is <br />the holding company and Omicron <br />Biochemicals, Inc. is the operating company. <br />Omicron Biochemicals is a manufacturer of <br />specialty stable isotopically labeled <br />C' 1 5 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2177 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 3021 AND 3025 WEST CALVERT <br />STREET IN THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA.
