West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 2209 determining the <br />Commission's intent to pay certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the West Washington-Chapin Allocation Area <br />(South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) from the West Washington-Chapin <br />Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 7) Special Fund. <br />G.
