Katz <br />CEO <br />Mr. Laurent noted that staff recommends <br />approving the letter from Mr. Katz dated <br />August 10, 2005. This would withdraw the L <br />& S Investments, LLC proposal for Lot #7 in <br />the Oliver Industrial Park and would <br />withdraw the Redevelopment Commission's <br />Purchase Offer for the property owned by <br />Kay Equipment & Supply Inc. at 604 -608 <br />North Hill Street and 613 South Bend <br />Avenue. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Hoinacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the letter from Mr. <br />Katz and authorized staff to respond to the <br />letter indicating the Commission accepts the <br />withdrawal of his proposal. <br />E.
