<br />FILING OF QUARTERLY CONSTRUCTION REPORT -ENGINEERING -APRIL 1
<br />TO JUNE 30, 2007
<br />Mr. Toy Villa, Public Construction Manager, was not present to submit a Quarterly
<br />Construction Report for the months of April, May and June, 2007, for construction
<br />projects in the Division of Engineering. Upon a motion made by Inks, seconded by Mr.
<br />Gilot and carried, the Quarterly Construction Report was tabled until the next meeting.

<br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following
<br />Certificate of Insurance was accepted for filing:
<br />American Structurepoint, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana
<br />Johnson Controls, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin

<br />APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS
<br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineering, recommended that the following Contractor and
<br />Excavation Bonds be approved and/or released as follows:

<br />There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Mr.Gilot, seconded by Mr.
<br />Littrell and carried, the approval and/or release of contractor and excavation bonds were
<br />accepted and filed.

<br />Mr. Inks made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed.
<br />Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
