Public Hearing <br />(1) continued... <br />comprehensive plan for the City. Resolution <br />No. 2185 includes this language and <br />accordingly, adoption by the Commission <br />would satisfy the requirements of the statute. <br />In addition, the Commission is required to <br />hold a public hearing and to consider any <br />written remonstrances that are filed during <br />the filing period specified in the notice. <br />Ms. Jones opened the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2185 for whoever wished to <br />speak. <br />MR. JIM FRICK: You already have a letter <br />from me. Of course we're ecstatic about this. <br />We've been working seven years, spent <br />thousands and thousands of our own dollars <br />and a lot of time to get this to happen. So, <br />we're very pleased with this. <br />There was no one else who wished to speak <br />regarding Resolution No. 2185. Ms. Jones <br />closed the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2185. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2185 <br />amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />:1 <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 2185. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2185 <br />AMENDING THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />
