Reference source not found., <br />and ordered checks to be released <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Inks noted that a letter was received on <br />September 26, 2005 from Dawn Kendall who is leasing <br />space in the Wayne Street Garage retail area. She <br />indicated her intent to cure certain events related to the <br />lease of that space. Her letter was in response to a <br />September 22 letter from the Commission's counsel. <br />Ms. Greene noted that legal counsel will continue to <br />monitor the situation and follow up on the events of <br />default. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2185 <br />amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2185 <br />adds three parcels to the Acquisition List of the <br />South Bend Central Development Area <br />Development Plan. The properties are located <br />IL at 117 South St, 720 S. Michigan St. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED ERROR!
