South Bend Central Development Area <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2194 approving the fair <br />market value of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (Rink <br />Riverside site) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that Resolution No. 2194 <br />sets the offering price for the former Rink <br />Riverside Printing site at $337,500. That <br />price is the average of two certified <br />appraisals. She noted for the record that in <br />the course of staff review of the appraisals, <br />one correction was asked of Jerome Michaels <br />and he submitted a revised appraisal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />1 by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2194 <br />approving the fair market value of property <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Rink Riverside site) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications for property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (Rink <br />Riverside site) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that the Bid Specifications <br />for the Rink Riverside site call for an <br />intended land use of multifamily residential, <br />commercial office, or commercial retail or a <br />mix of these uses. The site is approximately <br />.83 acres. Ms. Laurent noted that <br />Commissioners have asked staff to include in <br />the packet information about property the <br />Commission owns in Sycamore Street.
