South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — November 18, 2005 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />F. West Washington /Chapin Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission the request for proposal for <br />removal of chlorine tanks in the Natatorium <br />and accepted the proposal of D & B <br />Environmental Services for a fee of $6,100 <br />with a contract contingency of $610.00 and a <br />management contract with South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation in the amount of <br />$671.00. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />West Washington /Chapin Development <br />Area (Environmental assessment and <br />testing, Natatorium) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission the request for proposal for <br />environmental assessment and testing of the <br />Natatorium and accepted the proposal of <br />Grauvogel & Assoc. for a fee of $575 with a <br />contract contingency of $57.50 and a <br />management contract with South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation in the amount of <br />$63.25. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />West Washington /Chapin Development <br />Area.
