Airport Economic Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Assoc. in the amount of $3,400. Two <br />appraisals are required to set the amount of a <br />purchase offer. Staff recommends accepting <br />both proposals. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposals for appraisal services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area and accepted <br />the proposals from Jerome Michaels and R.E. <br />Pitts Associates for the scope of services and <br />fee proposed. <br />E. South Bend Medical Services District <br />F. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />West Washington /Chapin Development <br />Area. (Demolition, back portion of <br />Natatorium) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the City of South <br />Bend has been working with representatives <br />of the South Bend Heritage Foundation over <br />the last year to move forward several projects <br />in the West Washington / Chapin <br />Development Area (WWCDA).
