Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2198 approving the <br />disposal of unfit property to Rum Village <br />Neighborhood Association. (Shed located <br />at 2610 Kenwood) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that the Rum Village <br />Neighborhood Association has requested that <br />the Commission donate to them the shed <br />located at 2610 Kenwood Street in the Bosch <br />Project Area. The neighborhood association <br />intends to move the shed to 1520 S. Kendall <br />where it will be used to store equipment used <br />to maintain the pocket park at that location. <br />The neighborhood association will assume all <br />costs, liabilities and responsibilities for <br />removal of the shed. <br />Mr. Peterson noted that in approving <br />Resolution No. 2198 the Commission would <br />be determining that the shed is unfit for <br />redevelopment purposes, is no longer needed <br />by the Commission, and would otherwise be <br />demolished. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2198 <br />approving the disposal of unfit property to <br />Rum Village Neighborhood Association. <br />(Shed located at 2610 Kenwood) <br />18 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2198 <br />APPROVING THE DISPOSAL OF UNFIT PROPERTY <br />TO RUM VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />ASSOCIATION.
