The activity will satisfy an <br />obligation set forth in the lease and <br />management agreement between the City, the <br />Commission and the Studebaker National <br />Museum. Staff requests approval of the <br />proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from Wightman Petrie <br />ILEnvironmental, Inc. for the scope of services <br />and fee proposed. <br />C.
