COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Lots 4 -6, U.S. 31 Industrial Park) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that staff received a letter <br />on November 28, 2005 from Mr. Christian <br />Davey of Grubb & Ellis /Cressy & Everett <br />(GE /CE) responding to staffs presentation of <br />the revised price structure for Lots 4 -6 in the <br />U.S. 31 Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Schalliol summarized the Davey letter. <br />The developer is still interested in working to <br />develop a project at this site, but feels the <br />revised price set by the Commission is <br />unfeasible at this time.
