Main St., <br />former Studebaker National Museum. site) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that staff received a <br />proposal from Meridian Title Co. for title <br />wore: related to the former Studebaker <br />Museum s1te. The proposal was for 100 per <br />parcel or $boo. Staff rccommends accepting <br />the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, s, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal and accepted the proposal. from <br />Meridian 'I "Itle for the scope of services and <br />fee proposed. <br />(6) Commission authorization requested for <br />.United Way to hang banner on Wayne <br />Street Garage beginning immediately and <br />ending November 3 0, 2007. <br />Ms. Jennings noted that United Way of St. <br />Joseph County has requested to hang an eight <br />foot by forty -six foot vertical banner flush to <br />the side of Wayne Street parking garage, <br />facing St. Joseph St. until November 30. The <br />banner will have the United Way logo along <br />with a list of pacesetter community <br />organizations and businesses thanking them <br />for supporting United Way and encouraging <br />the community to give to the United Way in <br />support of a myriad of community services it <br />supports.
