This is <br />a professional decision that we've arrived at <br />together. Mr. Gen lle is a straight forward <br />business guy. Ms. Laurent has told him <br />repeatedly that if he gets an offer, he let her <br />know. we're not talking in wishful thinking. <br />We've done our past in assessing the true <br />market value.
