Are we treating all our contractual <br />partners the sage Mr. Gibney responded <br />that we are. <br />'Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded' by <br />Mr. i»g and unanimously earned,, the <br />Commission approved the Amended and <br />Restated Agreement for Services by and <br />between the City of South Bend, 'Department <br />of Rcdevelopment, acting by and through the <br />South Bend Redevei pnlcnt Commission and <br />Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization <br />Organization, Inc. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS {CONY.} <br />Mr. Mathia distributed a copy of the invoice from L TSB <br />which generated the claim of $9,000 on the list of <br />Claims. <br />They have completed % of the work promised -under <br />the total $275,,000 contract for 2007 or $157,500. They <br />have been paid $148,500 to date.
