Airport Economic Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />carried on a vote of four to one with Mr. <br />Pec kowski opposed. <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Appraisals, LaSalle Square vacant <br />properties) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that proposals have been <br />received from. Jerome E. Michaels, R.E. 'Pitts <br />and Ralph Lauver to appraise the same <br />properties noted above. The proposals were <br />for $3,000, $2,600 and $3,250 respectively. <br />Two appraisals are needed. Staff' <br />recommends accepting the proposals from <br />Jerome Michaels and lc 'Pitts for a total. <br />not to exceed $6,000. <br />Mr. King made a motion to approve the <br />request for proposals and to accept the <br />proposals from R.E. Pitts and Jerome E. <br />Michaels for the scope of services proposed <br />and a total amount not to exceed $6,000.
