COMMUNICATIONS (CONY.) <br />A. continued,.. <br />We hope you will think long and hcerd about this <br />development and what it really means to the <br />community most affected by it. The people <br />proposing this plan do not live here and have no <br />plans to do anything but make money off of us. <br />They have no stake in protecting and preserving <br />our neighborhoods or our green spaces. Please <br />don't be touched by their greed but keep the people <br />of South Bend foremost in your decisions. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />Ms. Jones noted that Bill SchalIiol delayed leaving on <br />his vacation in order to attend this ineeting. She asked <br />that his items be moved up on the agenda to enable him <br />to leave as soon as possible. There was no objection. <br />Old Business was postponed and items 6.A. (1) and (2 ), <br />6.B. (1), (2), (3), {4 }, and 6.C. (1) and (2) were moved <br />up on the agenda. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Bearing <br />1 Public Nearing on Resolution No. 2341 <br />amending the Northeast Neighborhood <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />(Adding AAS property to acquisition list, <br />1 129 South Bend Avenue) <br />Mr. King disclosed that he is a member of <br />the Board of Tnistees of the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Revitalization Organization. <br />He has no financial or pecuniary interest in <br />the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization <br />Organization (N-NRO). He participates as a <br />volunteer and understands that he has no <br />conflict of interest that would prohibit. him. <br />5 <br />
