Mr. Schalliol <br />responded that, although the meeting was <br />very well advertised, there were only <br />eighteen people at the public meeting. He <br />believed the reason for the low turnout was <br />that there was no objection to the <br />establishment of a Housing Program. There <br />is some interest in the specifies of the Eddy <br />Street Commons project., but that was not the <br />focus of the public meeting. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked if hotels count as <br />residential. Mr. Schalliol responded that they <br />do not. <br />Mr. Pec t o s i asked if allocation area 92 1s <br />included in a] location area 4 1. Nor. Schaiiiol <br />responded that they are exclusive of each <br />other. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission received <br />two letters in support of establishing the <br />Housing Program in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area..
